1. Payment Plan Agreement
1.1 By selecting a Payment Plan at checkout, you enter into a binding agreement to pay
the full ticket price, including any booking fees, by equal instalments.
1.2 Tickets purchased via a Payment Plan are not valid and remain the property of Event
Horizon Tickets until all instalments have been successfully paid.
2. Payment Schedule & Authorisation
2.1 The number, amount, and timing of instalments will be displayed at checkout.
2.2 The first instalment is charged immediately. Subsequent instalments will be charged
automatically on the scheduled dates.
2.3 You authorise the payment providers Woocommerce and Stripe to store your payment
details securely and process recurring payments without further notice.
3. Failed or Missed Payments
3.1 If a payment fails, we may attempt to collect the payment again automatically.
3.2 If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to:
cancel the Payment Plan, cancel or invalidate the ticket(s), and re-release the ticket(s) for sale.
3.3 Any instalments already paid will be non-refundable where a Payment Plan is
cancelled due to non-payment.
4. Event Date & Final Payment
4.1 All instalments must be paid in full before the event date.
4.2 If the event date occurs before the final scheduled instalment, the remaining balance
will become immediately due.
4.3 Entry to the event may be refused if full payment has not been received.
5. Ticket Delivery & Access
5.1 Tickets will only be issued or activated once full payment has been received.
5.2 Failure to complete the Payment Plan may result in loss of event access.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
6.1 Payment Plans are non-refundable if you choose to cancel or fail to complete
payments.
6.2 Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or materially changed, in
accordance with the event organiser’s refund policy.
6.3 Where a refund is issued, non-refundable booking or transaction fees may be
deducted unless required by law.
7. Event Changes
7.1 Changes to line-up, running order, venue, or schedule do not automatically entitle the
ticket purchaser to a refund.
7.2 Where a change is deemed material, refund eligibility will be assessed in line with the
organiser’s stated terms.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
8.1 Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your obligation to pay the remaining balance
under the Payment Plan.
8.2 Chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation and restriction from future purchases.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable
data protection laws, including UK GDPR.
9.2 Payment data is handled securely by our payment provider and is not stored by us.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
