Boom Festival 2025 – Ambassador Ticket purchase process
- Residents of the UK, Ireland and Iceland can apply for a UK Boom Ambassador Regular Ticket through Event Horizon by completing our Information Request Form via THIS LINK
- The ticket purchaser must fill in the Information Request Form and include ALL necessary details for themselves and each ticket holder. Forms with missing information will NOT be processed. Please only complete the form ONCE.
- The Information Request Form will request the following information:
- Purchaser: First Name, Last Name, Email
- Ticket holder (1 to 5): First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Email, Country of birth, Country of residence, Access support (if required)
- The Information Request Form will request the following information:
- Who can register: We are a UK Boom Ambassador, so can accept applications from anyone who resides in the UK, or countries close to the UK who don’t have a Boom Ambassador. This includes Ireland and Iceland. If you are not a resident of the UK, Ireland or Iceland please apply to your dedicated Ambassadors.
- Number of tickets per order: each ticket purchaser can request to purchase up to five (5) tickets per order.
- The ticket purchaser will be responsible for processing payment for all tickets requested IF they are allocated tickets
- Completing the Information Request Form is NOT a guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets.
- Tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. All Boom Ambassadors have a certain allocation – once this is fulfilled we will inform all applicants.
- Ticket price: The Boom Festival Regular Ticket price is €270 (two hundred and seventy euros) plus handling fee of €8.50
- Handling fee: ticket sales are subject to an extra fee for ticketing payment charges of the operator
- The final ticket price for Boomer will be €278.50
- Payment is made to Boom Festival directly via their website
- Payments Methods accepted include Visa (Debit and Credit), Mastercard, Maestro
- Event Horizon will submit Boomers’ Data to the Boom Festival ticketing system once tickets go live on 8th October at 10am. Once the ticket purchaser and ticket holder[s] information is submitted on the Boom Festival ticketed system a payment link for your order will be generated and emailed to the ticket purchaser.
- The ticket purchaser will have 24 hours to Make Payment by Debit/Credit Bank cards. If you don’t complete the transaction your tickets will be released and re-allocated.
- Tickets will be issued via email after a successfully completed transaction. Your ticket[s] will include your Boomer ID.
- Tickets for Boom Bus, Accommodation (Campervans, Tipi Camping), Children’s Tickets and Registration: these services will only be available for purchase online via the Boom Festival website from 15th October for ticket holders only using your Boomer ID.
- Please Note:
- We are only able to sell Ambassadors Regular tickets to those who are UK residents of any nationality.
- We have NO Boom Friends or other discounted tickets for sale.
- All tickets are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.
Important: we will be manually processing a lot of information on 8th October. If you have completed the Online Order Form then you will be in the queue for tickets. Ticket purchase links will be issued throughout the day. We will inform all those who register once our ticket allocation has been completed. Therefore please do not contact us for an update on 8th October.

- What do I need to do to get a ticket?
- Tickets sales will go live on 8th October at 10am. You should contact us directly to register your interest using THIS FORM so that we can inform you what info will be needed and when.
- What info do I need?
- In order to buy a ticket you will need to provide the following for each ticket holder: first and last name, email address, date of birth, gender, country of residence (please refer to #3), country of birth

- Why do you need my gender and date of birth?
- Boom Festival require your name, date of birth, gender and country of residence to verify that you are the ticket holder upon entry to the festival.
- What happens after I register and when sales go live on 8th October?
- When ticket sales go live on 8th October all Boom Ambassadors will enter the ticket purchaser and ticket holder information via a dedicated Ambassador website. Once each ticket purchaser and holder information is entered the Ambassador will be able to issue a link via email to the ticket purchaser, who then has 24 hours to complete the purchase. Please note: this is a manual process which will take time to complete, so if you are successfully allocated a ticket please do not expect to receive a link at 10am.
- Can I exchange or transfer my ticket?
- Tickets are non-transferable
- Can I get a refund for my ticket?
- Tickets are non-refundable
- Can I purchase transport, accommodation and other items through you?
- No – all additional items are sold including Boom Bus and camping through the Boom Festival website. Booking for these items will go live on 15th October for ticket holders with a Boomer ID
- When will transport, accommodation and other items go on sale?
- Booking for items such as transport and accommodation will go live on 15th October for ticket holders.
